Motivation – Align Motivations

Here’s something to think about it… 


When your motivations and interests are aligned with the work you do professionally, that’s when the magic happens as you are happier and less likely to get burnt out. So, if you are already aligned in these, fantastic! Keep on rolling and make sure you continue to do an annual self-reflection on your motivations.  If you are not aligned, then have a specific conversation with your supervisor on suggestions of how to work toward more of an alignment. 


So, my question to you:  

  • Have you thought about the alignment with your motivations and the work you do lately?
