The Ideal Team Player – Be Humble

Here’s something to think about it…

In Pat Lencioni’s book, “The Ideal Team Player,” he lays out the 3 virtues of an ideal team player. The most important one, being humble. Lencioni notes that ideal team players are humble. They lack excessive ego or concerns about status. Humble people are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for their own. They share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually.

My question to you: How do you rate yourself on the virtue of being humble?
