What’s a tip on building your Self-Actualization EQ leadership skill?

Let’s think about it…

It depends on how often you use your self-actualization EQ Leadership skills… Before we dive in, lets refresh our memory on what flexing our self-actualization skills may look like: motivated to do best; sets inspiring goals; has a full, rich life; passionate and enthusiastic; appears to act with a greater purpose or plan.

To learn more about your own self-actualization, you can take an EQ self-assessment or EQ 360 assessment. With this information, we would have a ton of information to customize a plan to develop your self-actualization skills.

Tip, generally speaking: if you frequently use your self-actualization skills, then be mindful that you aren’t holding your family, team, or co-workers to the same high achieving expectations you have for yourself. If you go 1,000 mph, be cognizant that you aren’t judging others for not going the same speed.

Tip, generally speaking: if you don’t use your self-actualization skills that often, then seek new responsibilities. Think about the last time you felt good about something you did or received positive feedback on it – maybe you should do more of it! Just take it one step at a time.
