If you know me, you know I’m passionate about growth—both in people and in business. That’s why this moment feels especially meaningful.
I’m in the midst of a new chapter filled with change, reflection, and possibility. My husband and I are moving to Florida—something we’ve dreamed of for a long time—to embrace a sunnier lifestyle, more outdoor adventures, and a fresh environment to grow in. We’re incredibly excited… and yet, as with any big life change, there’s emotion, too.
I’ve lived in Kentucky all my life and spent 16 years in our home full of memories. I’ve also spent the last several years running my own employee engagement and leadership company, partnering with incredible clients, speaking to inspiring audiences across the country, and helping organizations navigate change through the lens of people and culture. Winding down this chapter of my business comes with a mix of emotions—grief, pride, gratitude, and relief.
But here’s what remains unchanged: me.
My core values—authenticity, lifelong learning, relationships, and integrity—aren’t tied to a title or a business name. They’re the foundation of who I am, and they’ll continue to guide me as I step into what’s next.
I’m now exploring full-time internal opportunities in People & Culture, Talent Development, Organizational Development, and Human Resources Leadership. I’m also open to strategic roles in Finance, Business Transformation, or Operations—especially when the company culture is people-first, growth-minded, and collaborative.
What’s driving this next step?
☀️ A desire to align with an organization whose values mirror mine
💬 A passion for challenging, meaningful work
🌱 A readiness for continued growth and impact
To everyone who’s been a part of my journey so far—thank you. Whether we worked together, partnered on a project, referred someone, offered support, or simply cheered me on—I’m deeply grateful.
Here’s to embracing change, staying grounded in our values, and remaining open to what’s next.
If you’re hiring or know of an opportunity where I can help a team grow and thrive—let’s talk. I’m open to exploratory conversations and would love to connect.
❤️
Jaclyn
