Here’s something to think about it…
In my February Pulse Point, I noted that employee engagement was down for 2021 and how this is connected to the “Great Resignation.” Employee engagement will be key for this year – if it continues to not be there, it won’t be surprising that turnover will continue in high percentages…if it starts to be present/increase, it should help level out turnover to normal levels… I hope we see an increase in Organizations wanting to engage their employees…
