Give and Seek Feedback

Here’s something to think about it…

This month I’m talking about getting back to basics to engage employees. If you are a manager, one of the simplest things you can do is give your team members feedback. Be specific, direct, and timely; remember, “great job” isn’t great feedback. If you are an employee, make sure you seek feedback from your direct supervisors or others you are working with if you aren’t receiving it. One of the core needs of employees is to feel appreciated and recognized and feedback is a way to meet these needs.

Are you ready to dig into this? I help Organizations inspire confidence back into their team for innovation and growth. I help Organizations design and implement a system that fosters and protects a strong culture where employees are heard and understood from leadership down. In doing so, individual team members can gain confidence to bravely introduce innovative ideas and grow the company. If you are ready to get started, please reach out to chat.
