What does it mean to go the extra MILE?

Let’s think about it…

I’m sure we all may have slight variations to what this means to us, but generally it means going above and beyond for someone/something.

My trademarked MILE stands for Motivate, Inspire, Lead, and Empower. This is what I aspire to do with any interaction I have, whether it be coaching someone in a private session, speaking to thousands of folks on a key issue, facilitating a leadership training for a small business, or even consulting with a company to help them invest in their employees. My promise is that I will aim to go the extra MILE in all the things that I do.
