Tip, generally speaking: if you frequently use your emotional expression skills, then back up your emotions with the potential business impact of what you are feeling. This will help inform others of the source of your emotions and ensure you aren’t seen as too emotional.

Thoughtfully think through words to really describe the way you feel. As you become more comfortable with expressing yourself via email, start using your newly found vocabulary in small discussions.
