Since we are all different, everyone’s plan to building/enhancing their leadership skills should look different – a one-size-fits all approach typically doesn’t prove successful.

On Tuesday, I shared a testimonial from one of my Coachees who noted that we built her a custom development plan to build the skills she wanted and needed through Emotional Intelligence (EQ) based Coaching. Her plan took into account her career goals and desires, the Company’s expectations, and where she is now in her journey.
