Why Should I Break Problems and Decisions Down into Practical Actions?

Let’s think about it…

When we make decisions, our emotions can often cloud reality. Sometimes we struggle with being overly negative or overly positive about things which muddies the waters when trying to solve a problem. To overcome letting our emotions and personal biases negatively impact results, we should break problems and decisions down into small, practical actions or as I like to call them baby steps. This allows us to focus on the reality of the situation versus what we wish would happen. Your baby steps could include specific steps that need to be taken, resources that need to be gathered, and/or buy-in you need to secure.
