Employee Engagement - To Feel Fulfilled

Here’s something to think about it… 


Have you ever felt fulfilled in the workplace? If so, what did it look like? Did you get to focus on what motivates you? Did you have opportunities to learn and grow where your career development was encouraged? What about stress – was it lower and were you able to manage it better? Whatever it felt like or whatever you want fulfillment to feel like, make sure you communicate this to your direct supervisor.  Fulfillment is one of 5 basic needs people have in the workplace. Also, if you lead a team, remember we are each individual humans so what makes you fulfilled may not necessarily be what makes another fulfilled.
