Examine Your Emotions

Here’s something to think about it…

In my March Pulse Point, I discussed how change is constant and that the people and organizations who develop skills of resiliency can and will thrive. One of those resiliency muscle building activities that anyone can do is examine your emotions. Sometimes when we stop and really think about what emotions we are experiencing, when we started feeling these emotions, and why they came about, then we can understand what is causing us to possibly resist change. If you can separate the facts of the situation, you may be able to see if there’s a logical reason for experiencing these emotions. Also, it helps to remember a time when you effectively worked through a change; think about how good it felt when you prevailed.

Are you ready to prepare for change? I help Organizations inspire confidence back into their team for innovation and growth. I help Organizations design and implement a system that fosters and protects a strong culture where employees are heard and understood from leadership down. In doing so, individual team members can gain confidence to bravely introduce innovative ideas and grow the company. If you are ready to get started, please reach out to chat.
