Here’s something to think about it…
If you follow me or work with me, you’ve probably heard me say this many times – take small steps! Small steps lead to big journeys! So often we want to do something, and we start off by setting an unrealistic goal like “I want to learn everything about leadership.” First, this isn’t possible and it’s setting us up for disappointment for sure. To build habits, to change behaviors, to learn something, we need to set small goals / take small steps. So how about “reading 1 leadership book by the end of the month” instead of the other “goal”? This is achievable for sure!
