There are far too many organizations who won’t move people out of roles for which they are no longer suited. Some organizations are afraid to have highly technical or even Manager roles for strong performing individual contributors because those positions wouldn’t have direct reports. How about we position our best asset – our employees – for success and have them in roles that play to their strengths where they are motivated and happy; imagine what that could look like…
