Don't Overcomplicate It - Take Baby Steps

Here’s something to think about it…

In the workplace, many times we overcomplicate things. I say life can be complicated enough, let’s not overthink it at work. There are many resources, tools, trainings, etc. we can tap into to help us. Lots of times we think that the technique sounds too simple, but sometimes our minds wanting to overcomplicate it. All we need to do is take small baby steps toward getting better at something, e.g., improving a relationship, getting to know your team members better, delegating tasks, etc.

So, my question to you:
