Employee Engagement – Growth Opportunities

Here’s something to think about it…

For employees to feel engaged, they need to feel heard and understood, fulfilled, appreciated, and connected with their work and workplace. Part of addressing these needs includes making sure managers are having ongoing conversations with their employees to make sure they know how they are doing and progressing. Also, employees want to have opportunities to grow and develop. In Gallup’s employee engagement Q12 survey, they include 2 statements about these growth items that you’d want your employees to strongly agree with:

  • In the last six months, someone at work has talked to me about my progress.

  • This last year, I have had opportunities at work to learn and grow.

So, my questions to you:

  • Are your growth needs being met?

  • If you’re a manager, are you meeting your employee’s growth needs?

Are you ready to dig into employee engagement? I help Organizations inspire confidence back into their team for innovation and growth. I help Organizations design and implement a system that fosters and protects a strong culture where employees are heard and understood from leadership down. In doing so, individual team members can gain confidence to bravely introduce innovative ideas and grow the company. If you are ready to get started, please reach out to chat:
