Employee Engagement - To Be Heard and Understood

Here’s something to think about it… 


Employees have 5 basic needs in the workplace which include being heard and understood. With this in mind, think about what being heard and understood means to you? What behaviors does this entail? What do you want to see from your supervisor and colleagues? Being heard and understood could mean different things to different people, which makes sense as we are all different.
