Motivation – Set Goals

Here’s something to think about it… 


After you reflect on what truly motivates / drives you, it’s important to think about how you can work on things that align with these interests to increase your overall well-being and reach your potential. It can get overwhelming if your work isn’t fully aligned with these, so we have to remember to take baby steps in achieving closer alignment. Set small goals of how you’d like to see this alignment playing out over the next few weeks and months. After that time period, revisit the progress that was made and set out additional goals to continue to reach alignment. Remember, not all things can be accomplished overnight; set small steps / goals to lead to your bigger journey.
