The Ideal Team Player – Qualities

Here’s something to think about it…

When thinking about a team player, what qualities/competencies come to mind? Do you want someone who cares? Who pitches in? Who works well independently? Who builds relationships? Who won’t make decisions until all options are discussed? Who is a subject matter expert? I can go on and on as there are a lot of things to think about… In Pat Lencioni’s book, “The Ideal Team Player,” he discusses this concept and puts in front of us 3 qualities that should be cultivated throughout an organization.

My question to you: What qualities do you want in a team player?
